Every behaviour is a form of communication. Barking, chewing, pulling, or avoidance isn’t “naughtiness” — it’s your dog telling you something. Our one-to-one behaviour consultations are designed to help you understand the why behind your dog’s actions, so you can respond effectively, compassionately, and with confidence.By understanding the root cause, we can create strategies that work for your dog’s personality, lifestyle, and environment — helping you build a happier, calmer, and more connected relationship from the ground up.

"At 4 months old Snoopy was becoming challenging, October
helped us meet his needs and now he's joy to live with. "

Behaviour Modification Packages
What issues can you help with?
Pulling on lead, recall, barking, reactivity, separation struggles, over-excitement and more.
How many sessions will we need?
Every dog is different – some need 1 or 2 sessions, others benefit from a programme of support.
Will you come to my home?
Yes – most behaviour work is done where the problems happen.
What happens after the session?
You’ll receive a written plan with exercises, management tips and follow-up support.
Do you use corrections or aversive tools?
My training focuses on motivation, choice and relationship. I will use corrections only when they are ethical, necessary and in the dog’s best interest, never as a shortcut or out of frustration. The goal is long-term emotional wellbeing, not quick compliance.
